Private Lesson Policies & Procedures

Any student that will be on the gym floor, whether in a class or private lesson- must have waivers signed by a parent. 

Parents can sign waivers by creating an online account and adding their child as a student and signing all required policies. This must be done prior to the first class or lesson.

After creating your online account and signing all policies and waivers, reach out to Thrive by text, phone call, email, or in person to schedule your private lesson.

 We will take your contact information and provide that to the coach of your choice (Or the best fit for your student's goals if you don't have a preference for a specific coach). The coach will then send you their available time slots, days, and facilities they work in to schedule a time block with you. 

The coach may have additional questions to help create the best lesson plan for your student.

If you need to cancel a private lesson, please contact your child's coach directly. 12 hours advance notice is required in order to guarantee a cancellation or reschedule.

If not enough time is given prior to a cancellation, you may forfeit part or all of the lesson fee. 

If a coach needs to cancel the private lesson, they will contact you directly as soon as possible. Fees from cancelled privates will be added to your online account to be used toward future tuition or private lessons. 

Coaches may be required to cancel or reschedule their private lessons if a substitute is needed for recreational classes. 

Payment is due at or before the time of the private lesson. Payments will be charged to the payment method on file

unless otherwise specified. Please check in with the front desk if any payment information needs to be updated prior to payment.
